Have been attending this one for a few years now as a last resort to the other stores around town....hoping they'd improve but nope. Fries are ALWAYS cold and like cardboard. Burgers are never fresh, they don't follow special requests and 9/10 times the dog ends up eating it because it's too cold and old for us to eat. Customer service is also appauling.
