Balcony seats literally with view on the plaza San Diego! You can enjoy the effervescence 1 floor high! The food is OK! I had Caribbean Arroz, nice presentation, nothing particular, but I enjoyed! We got the burger and beer combo which was very disappointing. The burger did not taste home made and was what I would expect from a street vendor not a restaurant. The beer was half the normal size of a bottle. The staff were friendly and the view of the square from the restaurant is nice, hence the two stars rather than one View all feedback.
