The burgers are top here. The sauces are great. Our French fries were not that crispy. Five guys fries are definitely better. We walked in and we were not greeted until 3 minutes after. Food is good. Service is not. Carlos, the store manager, was very rude and unbecoming when I came in to pick up an online order. I ordered an entire hour ahead and was unable to get my order as he made food for guests that ordered after me. I ONLY ORDERED FRIES! I asked to cancel, he proceeds to say I can't get a refund, then when he refunded me, he shorted me lol. Def won't be back! View all feedback.
