Wow! I'm generally not a noodle soup person but went with a friend who is. Had the spicy miso with added sliced pork. Amazing! Rich and intensely flavorful. Stuffed myself without intending to. The darker chili sauce on the table was phenomenal on the sliced pork. A dark, smokey pepper with minimal heat but a unique and delicious flavor.
