Well, where do I start. I attended the luncheon last week after SGC. The staff were not very organized by their leader. Service was completed in a very haphazard way, that is when we eventually got our food. At an event attended by a member of the Royal Family the dinner service was disastrous. There was no organisation, the food was poor and the waiting staff totally out of their depth.
