Ordered inside hot chia tea and a refreshers . Had my daughter wait inside as I went to car. Then my daughter comes out to car to tell me the latte machine is down. Why would you sell me it when you know you can’t make HOT drinks? So, no big deal I ask for refund bc they couldn’t make a hot drink. They refund BOTH.
