Used to be a frequent visitor, haven't been for quite awhile. Sat down on a quiet Saturday mornings around 10am and waited 20 mins for service. Waited and waited and waited....in that time we saw multiple people ask for refunds on incorrect orders, people arriving after us having the same issue, people who were there before us not even be offered menus....complete disaster basically.
