We recently vacationed at the Moon Palace resort in Cancun. The array of breakfast foods were wonderful and the omlets were cooked perfectly. The best part of breakfast was by far the service. Our servers were Norma Alexander and they were better than anyone we ever dealt with in the U.S. We made it a point to go back there every morning for breakfast and always requested to be seated at Norma and Alexander's tables....
