eating was simply blanching, lobster tasted like it processed meat. chewy, texture was like a chocolate. we expected more of a traditional Mexican flare with a high end twist. that said the ambiente and the service were good. I would not recommend this restaurant because the resort has so many other options that have world class eating! View all feedback.
