All right. this is my favorite sushi place, but when I wanted to try it for dinner tonight, I was not impressed. I ordered pickup so I couldn't pick up the line myself. ingredients were good, but the assembly was very sloppy. was more like a rice paper sandwich. tuna gurken sushi was 80% thunfisch 2% cucumber ratio is the key and that was gone, and all sushi discs fell apart so I think they were not properly mounted....
