disgustet jurisdiction and terrible management. when I called to speak with a manager about the fact, I waited 10 min on the running gear thru with no line to say that they are extremely busy. not to mention that the manager sounded high out of his mind! this is also the SECOND time that has happened now. not disturbing to go here.
