They are always extraordinarily slow. They frequently get my order wrong and I have to correct them. The last time I was there. I did not check my order carefully before I left. I ended up with a giant cup of milk slightly flavored with the wrong tea. It was terrible and I had to throw it away. However I do know if I message the company they would take care of me.
