The sole owner operator is a lovely old Japanese lady. The meal was decent but not exceptional. We were the only three people in the place and it took over an hour for our three dishes to arrive. That really is exceptionally slow. Furthermore I'm sorry to say that the premises are rather dirty. As mentioned, the lady is old so it may be difficult for her to manage.
