I went thru the drive thru and ordered two Carmel frappe s . They gave me one with a spec of whip cream. I had to ask for them to please put the whip to the top. Then I waited for over 30 minutes for my other frappe. They brought me one and it had chocolate on the whip cream. I asked for a Carmel not mocha and for the whip cream to be to the top please.
