Second stop was PizzAmore in Carlstadt to try these famous meatballs. Great hospitality by Cheech, and super helpful. My dad and I got a couple meatball parms. Since when is this a Grandma slice? I ordered a grandma and Brooklyn slice and they were both disgusting in my opinion. Looking at other patron?s pictures, this definitely isn?t a Grandma slice and same for the Brooklyn. I think someone must?ve been too lazy or too cheap to bother and make specialty pies for slices so this is the end result. I?d prefer if they just said they?re all out rather than send me this. I finally got to try this place, and I didn't regret it one bit. I had a meatball parm sandwich...
I can only comment on the award winning meatball sandwich...it is all that and more. Hands down...
