I'm rating this place a 2 because although this place has good food, it has terrible curb appeal. When I drive by it looks like an abandoned building from the outside. No love showing here, whatsoever. It needs a good cleaning and the doors need an uplift. The paint color is hideous now.. I can't help but think the inside could probably use some tweaking, too.
