The barista actually told me off for not telling her in advance that I didn’t want cocoa in my cappuccino. Although I didn’t know that was the way she made the cappuccino, I accept she had a point if this was the house procedure. What...was not acceptable was her rudeness in addressing me or any customer in her haughty manner. I’ll get my coffee elsewhere next time. View all feedback.
