Their customer service was 5 stars! I only gave 4 due to missing my gravy. I checked to make sure all the food was there, and it was. Normally the gravy is in the box with tenders. I got all the way home and had to drive back. Its a 22min drive there and back, so food was cold by the time I got the gravy home. Definitely frustrating. View all feedback.
