Ordered level 1.5 spicy mala and it came out nice. You pick your own stuff on a plate, they weigh it (albeit including the plate), and you pay by the pound. I got two types of noodles, tofu, mushroom, and pork on my plate. Level 1.5 is similar to spicy buldak ramen, so i wouldnt go hotter than that unless you really can handle spicy.To add on, spicy here has more korean taste than the numbing type chinese spicy.
