Use the front door. Don’t use the side door or risk being ignored by the guy at the counter. I could see my reflection, so I know I was really there. Maybe they thought I was Uber Eats or Doordash but I was there to pickup my phone-in order. Got home and the Ingredients were not correct. Very strange customer care.
