Visited on 08/20 around 5 pm. While I was waiting to order, the people who were supposed to take orders were chatting with the customer in front of me. Supposedly 5 min drop-by became 20 minutes of waiting lol I ended up going to Starbucks near there. Complete ignorance and poor service. The manager or owner needs to do something read more.
