I have dined in and ordered to go and have enjoyed the food. This last visit was not so pleasant. One of the orders was incorrect and after the waitress checked on the error she said she couldn't do anything about it. The cook came out and asked how the food was and I informed him the order was incorrect but the waitress would not switch tit he correct one. He apologized and stated he would make the correct dish.
