Top-rated joint did not fail to deliver. Braised oxtail is very moist and tender, fantastic paired with fried plantain instead of rice, although salad could use more of a vinegarette dressing. Curry fish tasted like Chinese-American curry, not the East Indian, but clearly well blended with a variety of spices. We tried the lavander cheesecake (1st time) and it was heavenly.
