Even if the pasteis de nata are delicious the service is HORRIBLE. I never experienced such a bad and unfriendly service towards it’s clients. Especially “Sofia” the owner is rude, disrespectful and arrogant. She yelled at a woman in front of everyone, letting other people feel uncomfortable so that they even left the cafe.
