What Carolyn C likes about Caseta Nova:
Large clean room with comfy bed and crisp white sheets. Large bathroom with good shower and big fluffy towels. Fridge in room. Shared kitchen facilities including toaster and microwave together with crockery, glasses and cutlery. Nice grounds and scenery. About 10 minutes drive away from the town of Ibi so a bit isolated and there are no staff in the hotel. Check in is by automated machine but it worked well. View all feedback.

What Gill W doesn't like about Caseta Nova:
We didn't stay, the self check-in system didn't recognise our Spanish identity. Tried calling the hotel, no one available on the phone or at the premises. This is a very remote place. We had no option but to leave. We had to find another hotel, but they have refused to give a refund . Do not go here, it should be removed from all the platforms it appears on View all feedback.
