Amazing food and you can walk from Castelnaudary along the canal. It is a truck stop restaurant so don't be surprised but it is crammed every lunch time with locals ( business, tradesmen, friends, and truckers) lunch. Masses of food and wine included in the menu. The cassoulet is very traditional French- not adapted to be more of a stew for tourists . The staff are really welcoming and remember us each time we go, View all feedback.
