I was surprised how rude the staff was. I've tried Oliver Brown twice, and on both occasions it was the same. Ignoring customer becase they had been busy wiping plates, not even caring to say "Hi, won't be a moment".Giving me lip and rolling the eyes when I asked to repeat the question.The waffles are not made when you order, like in other places - they're made in advance and just heated up.
