that is the best pho in oregon. I grew up on pho and I couldn't find good pho here in soor until I eat pho here! I give him 9 out of 10! it actually tendon, tripe, rare beef, meatballs. they give you all the right things! I'm so happy I found the excellent pho here. phonomenal pho’sho! if they are Thai like me or from vietnam or laos, they will make this pho as maa! their other dishes are also amazing! I have no idea how this restaurant has 4.2 stars. the rice for our sushi tasted like edgy and sugar, noodles were overcooked, all I just ate came from a freezer. than someone who lived my whole life in the valley, I would rather eat from the shop smart deli. View all feedback.
