My family and I visited Cedar City from South Florida and read good reviews about Bowman's. We were a little wary about the location as it is out of the city and kind of remote. We are very glad we went though! Everyone was very welcoming from the moment we walked in. The cornbread was the best we have had and the food was delicious. We had a really good experience here a year ago and were excited to come back. We were told by the waitress that the steaks were really good so we ordered the cowboy steak or something like that. Boy were we disappointed. The steak was full of fat and tough. We ended up leaving a big pile of fat and unchewable meat on our plates.
