We went for a quick bit to eat while watching the rugby. We were expecting cheap pub-style food and my fajita veggie burger was just that and was nice, no complaints there. The food did take about 40mins to arrive but we were told that in advance so no problems there. I just wish the employees could look a little happier. Apart from that it ticked the boxes. Asked the barman for a pint of bitter shandy he said and I quote I don 't think we have any bitter shandy . I explained the recipe and got about three quarters of a pint of shandy plus froth. Not a good start. Ordered food, this was delivered piping hot and was very tasty.
