What a treat in the heart of Chama, NM (in the middle of no where). The wood fired pizza was great! The crust is made from yeast with dough, which is obviously 34 years old. The brussel sprouts were a great compliment to the meat-sharpened pizza. This place seems pretty new and it's in the small town of CHAMA. They did a great work with the layout and decor.
