What Mary grace a doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
There app and door say open til 11pm we have come here 4 times at 10:30 pm to get dinner and they have turned us away. The manager in the store told us to go away that they wanted to close early and then he waved us away and locked the door. Terrible customer service and if you state you are open to a certain time honor that time and do not close early just because you are being lazy. View all feedback.
