We’ve spent over a month in Chania and find Amphora to easily be the very best harbor front restaurant. We just ate there again last night and everything was (again) terrific. We love the sea bass filet there because it’s always flaky inside with a little bit of crisp on the skin. But the lamb as well as the pasta (al dente, fwiw) are great too.
