The kc Wendy's is normally hit or miss with their service. Being as they are right next to my PT, I go often. Lately they seem to have stepped their game up a bit and have put some effort into it. I would of given 5 stars of I hadn't seen a worker reach in the fry been and eat a fry directly out of it View all feedback.

everything is good with eating, but the service is another story. the cashier didn't know how to scan my reward app and while I was waiting for my lunch, the manager fired a young man without asking him to leave. the young woman waited for me. it was disrespectful for me, the other customers and the employees.
