Michelle of Bentley Hill Bakehouse in Charlevoix, MI is amazing. She baked my wife's custom Canoli birthday cake in February 2022. It was a light and fluffy cinnamon spice cake with canoli cream frosting and several handmade canolis all filled with canoli cream.
