The Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) just weren’t great… they were over cooked, lacked flavor, vegetables and soggy…. I’ve eaten this dish at hundreds of authentic Thai restaurants on the west coast, and this was candidly one of the least impressive examples.
