my wife chased an omelette, so I ordered the dinner from this ihop. there was a young man (ron f), who answered the phone and was very personal and friendly. he took my command and told me to give him about 10 minutes to prepare him when he was the only one, so he had to go back there and cook. when I was there to pick up the job, ron was as friendly as he was on the phone. ron is probably the nicest restaurant staff... service was great! but my friend ate a omelet and he was thrown halfway the omelet and it had long head hair in his eating so that we were very angry that we were almost sick. if he had not seen his omelet, he would have eaten the hair that is very disgusting.
