ROCKSALT Charlotte offers a sustainable seafood experience in an intimate, rustic setting. The oyster bar showcases the freshest oysters grown by our owner. Our wood-fired grill enhances the flavors of both land and sea proteins. We have a carefully curated wine and beer selection, as well as a continually evolving cocktail list. Non-seafood options include our Chef's Cut, a rotating selection of steaks cooked over an open fire. With two patios, one covered with great views and another uncovered for walk-ins, we strive to accommodate all guests. Reservations are recommended, but we do our best to seat walk-ins. Please note that reservations are held for 15 minutes before cancellation and there is a 2-hour seating limit. All party members must be present to be seated.
