This Texas roadhouse needs a good cleaning, trash on the floor, dirty bathroom, grease covered menus, tables and chairs not cleaned. Our food was cold, my baked sweet potato and my husbands fries, the prime rib was at least 1/3 fat, the rolls and salad were good.
