Stopped off for lunch after visiting ikea. Male member of staff emptied the rubbish bins then picked a plate up with our sandwich on it without even washing his hands in between. We said we had seen him handle the bins and he actually turned round and said 'it 's OK because I only touched the plate,not the sandwich!!! Tables and floors are filthy, toilets also unclean...not starbucks usual standard. View all feedback.
