What Julián likes about Pho 9:
Best spring rolls I have ever had in my life.The food here was very tasty and authentic. The spring rolls were super crispy and the fish sauce complemented it very well. The fried rice was a very generous portion, and and it tasted great as well. I went in mid afternoon and they had my order at my table within 15 minutes of me placing my order, which was impressive. What Christal Hardy doesn't like about Pho 9:
It was pretty empty inside ,but that was a good thing and the place just needed to be swept up around the tables. The strawberry lemonade was delicious ?.I ordered Vietnamese vegetable fried rice. It wasn't bad. The spring roll was good and fish sauce wasn't too salty give it 3 stars read more.
