Ordered from the laurel last night, and really enjoyed it, girl on the phone was really helpful and helped with swapping some items which was no trouble, the food arrived quickly and was hot and fresh, it tasted great too,I ha eaten salt and pepper from all over but this was the best,I will deffinatly be using the laurel as my go to Chinese now after trying others in the area, this really is the best. So so cross. We order from here most weeks and never have an issue. Tonight order was wrong, by the time they finally answered the phone we had eaten it and given up. £36 on a rubbish tea, it was poor and so salty. When they finally answered the girl who answered Just said right. No offer to resolve or refund. Won’t be ordering again View all feedback.
