Chester was brilliant, plenty of shops , restaurants and things to do. The hotel was very central and right in the city Center. The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The fire alarm went off early morning although we were woken up the staff acted appropriately so obviously were trained in fire procedures.
