Placed an order for delivery, the lady was very rude on the phone ‘we might be to busy but I’ll take down your order anyway’ never rang us back to let us know if they were going to deliver or not, nearly 2 hours later still waiting... we also tried to ring back to cancel the order and they turned the mobile off.... either that or blocked our number.
