Really excellent Italian restaurant. We were well looked after, even when we had made a mistake in ordering meal with meat we couldn't eat. It was replaced without fuss or embarrassment. We went here for lunch today. It was terrible service. We asked the server about a couple of items on the menu and she had no idea. She dropped our forks twice. She was very rude and unprofessional. They added an automatic tip and didn't tell us about it. As we were disappointed with the service, we didn't check the bill before we left otherwise we would have requested it be taken off.
