We normally love our dining experiences at Eataly but being Christmas Eve it wasn’t quite as good. We had an 8pm reservation. Why allow for patrons to reserve a table at 8 if your store closes at 9 and you basically are asking us to hurry up?! We felt harassed by a security personnel after we got up from our table. Outstanding waiter, very knowledgeable about the menu, very friendly.
Server was underwhelming and no energy and not very friendly. Luckily the food is good .
