My co-workers and myself decided to eat at Bitoy Bistro for lunch today. I ordered a corn beaf panini: first though based upon the appearance of the panini was this is a sandwich not a panini. The pepper jack cheese was not melted at all, the corn beef should have been thinner, the bread was super thick, and the bread barely had grill marks.
