Omg. My friend and I were SO impressed with the food. We got the Windy City oyster mushrooms, yuca wraps, crab cake and carbonara. So so so delicious. The mushrooms were on top of some of the lightest and airiest, yet crispy broccoli. The carbonara was so creamy. The crab cake was so good but quite spicy (I'm a whimp lol). Had some vegetarian friends visiting town and thought this would be a good option that was exciting and really highlighted the strengths. Bloom was a big miss for me. The mushroom sandwich was a big let down, it was very oily and didn’t bring any real texture or umami elements that I was looking for.
