I think this place was great! Was a little concerned when I saw it wasn't busy, but I think people are just not aware of this place. Food was good, on par with most GOOD Chicago breakfast spots. Loved the coffee! Also, waitress kept our cups full Bacon, sausage, pancakes and eggs were cooked just right. Food not too salty like some places, seasoned just right. Great people running the place. This is a hidden gem in an unpretentious neighborhood. Not at all your usual breakfast diner. EVERYTHING is made from scratch. Well, maybe not the Tater Tots, but the French fries are Hans cut. The menu is wider than you'd expect and the owner, a veteran chef, does all the cooking. He and his wife are hands on without being intrusive.
