The food at Ceviche was great. Everyone really enjoyed their dishes as well as the appetizers. We also enjoyed the fact that it is BYOB. Service was very poor. I'm not sure if our server lacked experience, but he seemed very disinterested and we actually had to get his attention each time we wanted to order. Luckily for him, we had industry people at our table, otherwise his tip would have matched his enthusiasm. View all feedback.
